The reason for the new webrev was because of the change in
CLIENT_API_VERSION in misc_non_gui.py.

Whoops, sorry about that. I think I'd looked at v2, thought it was okay,
and forgot to say so. Your current webrev is missing misc_non_gui.py, but
as long as it's the same as before (modulo updating CLIENT_API_VERSION),
then you're good to go.
