In Update All Complete dialog, is "What's this?" clickable?
Do you need to tell the user that he can change the BE name or is this
obvious from the fact that it is in text entry field?
When I clicked on Release Notes nothing happened and the following
appeared in the terminal. Subsequent clicks seemed to have no effect.

I have done many smoke tests and I everything behaved correctly.
Please note that there is one bug, which is not fixed and is a
separate bug 12297.
Basically if someone updates the system in few cases the Update All
button state is inconsistent.
