Odds are, the zones code is trying to keep your global
and local zones exactly in sync. The timestamps on the entire
incorp. are different, so this is failing. You may need to update
entire in the global zone first before trying to create any new zones.
The current zones code will be changed a lot before we're done; the
zones team is working on this.
Looks like it actually tries to install the same entire
revision/timestamp and pkg info -r lists that it is available from
pkg.opensolaris.org but still I get below error when trying to do
zoneadm install:
ERROR: Unable to locate the incorporation

'opensolaris.org'.

so there seems to be something wrong with a ipkg brand code - once I'll
have some time I will try to look into it.
You may want to try upgrading to build 134 first before trying to create
zones -- there were several zone-related fixes that went in fairly
recently that may resolve your issue.
