If it's a package not allowed by installed incorporations, it won't be
listed.
In that case, you'll need to use '-af' to show it.
Using -af does show it.
This seems inconsistent with the fact that I can install it.
Without seeing exactly what the set of packages you have are, and what
exact package it is that isn't listed, I can't say what the issue is.
If you want to open a bug and provide that information, it can be
investigated.
