No, unfortunately the 0.5.11-0.166 is straight from the ON repository
delivered to RE for Build 166.

It should actually be going the other way - I bet the 0.5.11-0.166 is from an
import of the old SVR4 version from SFW, which David should be removing in the
166 resync. Are you trying to pkglint a pre-resync'ed distro-import repo?
