Right, those are largely considered legacy tools, so I didn't expend any
effort updating them, and they should continue to work for now.
can we get rid of the pkg_publish script, since it is just a call to
pkgsend now and it simplified by 18048 below?
Since I don't use pkg_publish, I couldn't say.
But yes, I suspect it may be possible to eliminate it.
