So I updated from 172 to 173, but after that and before I run reboot,
beadm list does not show the new BE.
I kicked of a pkg update --be-anme=snv_173
then hit crtl-C
this seemd to work fine, nothign of note happended, then added a new
publisher

the internal-only one, as I have openoffice installed from
opensoalris.org and it's non sticky, so should update.

installed pkgs ( literally reran the pkg update above ) then gives:
