This is not correct - I am building on an S11 FCS machine.
BUT, we *did* find that something somehow had updated exactly
one package to the Update 1 version:
aus-build-x86[30]% pkg list system/library/boot-management
NAME (PUBLISHER) VERSION
IFO
system/library/boot-management 0.5.11-0.175.1.0.0.3.1504
i--
We were able to downgrade that package to version
0.5.11-0.175.0.0.0.2.1482. I then did a full build and
was finally able to do the upgrade I wanted to do.
Yea -- sorry about that. That's because that packages is not incorporated
(I did that in preparation for its move to a different consolidation), so it
was allowed to be upgraded to the latest version present in the repo.
