pkglint would have caught this too, assuming it was run on the packages from that repository(ies?)

For example:

timf@linn[237] pkglint pkga.mf pkgb.mf 2>&1 | grep dupaction007
ERROR pkglint.dupaction007 dir action for etc/init.d is reference-counted but has different attributes across 2 duplicates: group: root -> pkga group: wheel -> pkgb
