thanks to all who replied, and yes you are correct, thanks for above, I
had used a slightly more involved search using pkg contents -m once I
had identified the packages that shipped etc/init.d via opkg search, so
both yielded no match.
Something on all 3 nodes of my cluster has changed /etc/init.d, I shall
dig deeper to identify what might have done this
