Sure. Is there a fixed order that publishers get added when you have
multiple ones and do a -p, or is it enough to check that the two from
the multi publisher are before the other?
I'm not sure - from a quick experiment here taking a file repo and
adding a few publishers to it, then doing a 'set-publisher -p' against
that repository, it looks like they're added in alphabetical order.
I'm open to correction.
