I think this particular example clearly indicates a failure in coverage,
not in the test suite, unless we removed all the tests which rely on a
http depot server when I wasn't looking. This particular example is
bogus since it indicates we never construct a DepotHTTP object while
running the test suite (see line 199). Indeed, when I look at the
depotcontroller module which starts the depot process in the test suite,
I see no mention of coverage at all.
This also seems to be a known bug (7139103).
