On an S11 SRU12.4 installation I'm trying to uninstall some OpsCenter (unbundled) packages and running into the following error. I'm not sure how to decipher what IPS is saying or how to debug further. There should be no other packages installed which depend on those I'm trying to uninstall. The error message also seems to think I'm doing an install rather than uninstall.
