The changes look okay, though I'd much rather see the text structure be managed not by spaces, but by actual table structure. Can that be done?
It's also not clear to me what the right answer is in an RTL language (Hebrew, Arabic), but this change doesn't make that any worse. Also, the fix needs to go to the default branch first, not any SRU branch. Your webrev indicates that's where it is, but I want to be sure that's what you're intending to do.
