That manpage didnt seem to give a specific example, and googling
"IPS developer guide" pulls up a PDF, of a slideshow
PDF's are not very developer (or sysadmin) friendly at the best of
times.

That being said...Looking at the top level table of contents there,
nothing seems appropriate.
Expanding the "Advanced Topics" bit doesnt seem to give a clue.
Nor does the "Automating System Change..." section
I see a reference to "actuator", but not "actions"
