You should be using the native Solaris 11 IPS packages to install jdk7,
not the SVr4 packages:

If you can't use that, then I would suggest using the manual
installation instructions instead:
http://docs.oracle.com/javase/7/docs/webnotes/install/solaris/solaris-jdk.html#install-archive
The jdk7 Svr4 packages are really intended for use with Solaris 10 systems.
