Hi, I'm trying to use the GLMNET classifier with rpy2. Since pymvpa-0.4.4 does not support rpy2 I have tried to download the latest sources from the git repository. Unfortunately, it seems that some of the files are missing (such as nifti.py) and I cannot get the repository version to work. Am I using a wrong version? Is there a version of the source beyond 0.4.4 that I can use with rpy2. I'm running pymvpa on WinXP with Python 2.5 and R 2.7.2. Thanks in advance.
