This thread [1] gives more info about freehep packages licensing status that is not changed during last months and upstream didn't fix the mismatch on the freehep homepage yet. Anyway, all of freehep-graphicsio-* packages are part of Freehep Vectorgraphics and its license page [2] is correct.
