Hi Oliver,

Thank you for your efforts to organize and scope the work.  I find it
very helpful.  Is there an easy way to PR against the TODO list?  Maybe
we could turn it into markdown and then PR against it?  An example of a
recent update is that although we have an afterburner.fx package in
Debian, it is now FTBFS until we get openjfx for Java 9 [1].  I haven't
looked at JabRef fork of afterburner yet.

And we *almost* have a pgjdbc-ng package. Which is to say, we have
something that builds correctly from source, but I still need to take
care of debian/copyright before the package can go through the NEW
process.
