Remi,
Thanks for supplying the patch. I managed to compile it after some trouble with a missing libavcodec. I then ran it with '-vv' and '--vout xv' args. Output is attached. Hopefully you can make some sense of it. Thanks for your efforts, Pavle. ________________________________ From: Rémi Denis-Courmont <r...@remlab.net> To: Jiggy Bau <jiggy_...@yahoo.com> Cc: "604...@bugs.debian.org" <604...@bugs.debian.org> Sent: Wednesday, October 19, 2011 6:05 PM Subject: Re: Bug#604687: vlc: xvideo output not working on powerbook (radeon video card, powerpc) Hello, Le jeudi 13 octobre 2011 16:51:42 Jiggy Bau, vous avez écrit : > Thanks for your help. From the VLC logs, it just looks like there are no XVideo adaptors on the system. The attached patch should show more debug, but it won't fix the problem. -- Rémi Denis-Courmont http://www.remlab.net/ http://fi.linkedin.com/in/remidenis
