Yes, openacs 5.8.0 is waiting for an upgrade of aolserver4-nspostgres
package (frankie??):

Dotlrn, however, whilst being the last version released upstream, is
still very old (2.5.0, based on openacs-core 5.5.1). Are you sure it
supports NSF?

I have been talking with Gustaf about dotlrn status, because of that,
and what the future plans for dotlrn are, and discussing about its
permanency on the debian archive. AFAIK, there are plans to release a
new version using openacs-core 5.8.x in the future, but i fear it could
not be on time for jessie...
