Thanks for the feedback. Could you explain what you expect to happen when you follow a link to a message? Planner visits the message when you follow the link. That's why it gets marked read -- you're reading it. If it's not always getting marked read, that seems like it might be a possible bug (though maybe a gnus problem and not a planner-gnus problem). Can you find a way to reproduce that?
