My main gripe with Cygwin Emacs (running in an X11 window) is its lack
of file drag&drop. If I decide to stick with the native port, I'll
probably just run a script which calls Cygwin Emacs to batch-process
my project files. I usually do this only once in the morning, so this
wouldn't be a big deal.
