We are a growing telecommunication services company inviting professionals to
fulfill below challenging positions:
SALES MANAGER (SM)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The purpose of this position is to directly manage the sales efforts of the
company's sales personnel.Establish and manage the sales organization. Develop
and manage overall sales and service strategy (in alignment with corporate
strategies and plans) for assigned markets. Oversee development of sales and
service plans by market segment or customer as appropriate. Develop and ensure
attainment of sales/revenues and service objectives for overall assigned market
territory. Operational understanding of telecommunications ordering,
provisioning and billing processes.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Male/Female, Age max 35 years old.
· Min. S1 degree in Business/Management/Finance/Technical Engineering,
or equivalent combination of applicable education and experience.
· Candidate should have five years of experience in telecommunications
industries.
· Experience in system selling, consultative sales techniques and
account planning including account profiling, account positioning strategy,
customer needs analysis, sales opportunity development, service improvement
planning, and long range account management strategies.
· Strong personal leadership skills, including planning, goal-setting,
resource allocation, setting objectives, negotiation, team management
techniques and group problem solving.
· Technical knowledge related in broadband technology, product
knowledge of both fiber optic and microwave.
· Candidate should requires excellent time management, personal
organization, and communication and skills.
· Must also be proficient in the use of computers including Microsoft
Office products.
· Fluency in English both write & oral.
· Good knowledge about ISO 9001 & Health Safety management.
· Job location in Jakarta.
