We are a growing telecommunication services company inviting professionals to
fulfill below challenging positions:
OFFICE ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISOR
(OA-SPV)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position has to independently supervise all administrative and secretarial
services.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Male/Female, Age max 32 years old.
· Min. S1 degree in Business Administration/Management/Secretary.
· Candidate should have 3 years experience in similar position,
preferably in telecommunication industries.
· Candidate should requires strong leadership, excellent time
management, personal organization, and communication and skills.
· Must also be proficient in the use of computers including Microsoft
Office products.
· Fluency in English both write & oral is a must.
· Must be detail-oriented and extremely organized with experience in
handling numerous priorities.
· Must work as a team member with other support staff to ensure smooth
operation of day-to-day business within the department and throughout the
company
· Good knowledge about ISO 9001 & Health Safety management.
· Job location in Jakarta.
