Ok, now I can see what can be done. We need to keep the split between
/usr/{lib64,share}/pythonX.Y/site-packages – for noarch packages, but
there is probably no reason to split the Python package itself into
/usr/{lib64,share}/pythonX.Y. That should help virtualenv.
But I first check if there is no easier way.
