Zbadalem to troche i przychodzi mi na mysl (brzydki) hack a la: export BIBLIOTEKI=/usr/lib %waf ........ a latka na waf sprawdzalaby czy zdefiniowano zmienna ... i jesli tak to pcha to w lib.path ?
