I'm pretty sure I tried the same one before. This one was the
NetBSD 1.5 boot-small.fs floppy, which comes from
pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-1.5/i386/installation/floppy on any
ftp.netbsd.org mirror.

If I tried a different one before, it was boot-tiny.fs. I'll 
try that one too tomorrow.
