If you only access the video card through mmio it shouldn't be that hard.
(This would be ideal for playing games on a Voodoo2 I think)

However, if the video card is capable of DMA and the video card driver in
the guest OS is utilizing that it would be extremely hard indeed to get it
working correctly I believe.
