Ah.  Plex86 should probably do what the real hardware does.  I still
remember coding that, masking IRQs by default.  That was back when I made
assumptions that hardware engineers made intelligent decisions.

I'll put that on the TODO list to look at - things to code while
I'm plugging my nose.  :^)
