I've got the following (I got the diff right at 2:00 am this morning,
but I can't quite send it from that machine yet..... damn....):
R-CTRL
R-SHIFT
R-ALT
F11
F12
UP-ARROW
DN-ARROW
LEFT-ARROW
RIGHT-ARROW
ENTER (on the keypad--it has a different scancode)
[the remaining keys on the keypad--with their proper scancodes].

I'm working on: L-"WINDOWS" KEY, R-"WINDOWS" KEY, the "WINODOWS CONTEXT
MENU KEY", and the proper mapping of PAUSE/BREAK, the "NUM LOCK"
functions for non-keypad keys, and all of the PRNT-SCRN, SYSRQ,
CTRL-PRNT-SCRN functions.
