Hi Kevin,
I got ADSL access, my girlfriend has got cable access,
and i cannot honnestly say that one is better than another,
nearly same price, same bandwidth, and same quality.
The main difference is that you get no upload limit with ADSL.
There is usually one with Cable.
If you stay a few days in Paris, i would be glad to buy you a beer!
