OK, integrated new IO code from Ramon plus diffs from Josh
Wilmes.
This would be a good candidate to upload to CVS
if there are no major problems.
The only change I'd make before committing, is to
rename user/plugins/bios to something like
user/plugins/loader, which would be more appropriate,
especially since we have a real BIOS directory now.
I would like to periodically tag particular versions
(including the upcoming CVS one) with version numbers
we make up. That way it's easier for people to grab
plex86 versions at known states. What version number
should we start at? 0.0.1?
