Your answer leaves me confused. If put it where-ever I want as you put it,
like let us say I want it as a system wide conf so I put it in
/etc/plex86/.plex86conf with the name .plex86conf as the name. How the heck
is plex86 going to find it and use it.

Let me fix my question.
What file is plex86 going to try to read as a config file when it runs?
What is the expeced location and name of the file.
