Just somebody who can keep track of all of the support requests that get
posted to the web site for the developers, and whom can sort through the
requests to find the common problems, so that we know where to look to fix
them.  That's really all that needs to be done right now.  Later on, the
job will be more important in helping with an FAQ and with other
user-level problem sorting.
