1) http://127.0.0.1:8080/tuosito/manage
2) vai in portal_skins/custom 3) se trovi un logo.jpg, in questa cartella, cancellalo 4) vai ora in portal_skins/plone_images 5) clicca su logo.jpg e clicca su customize 6) adesso puoi caricare la immagine che vuoi: andrà a sostituire quella che c'è già e verrà salvata in /portal_skins/custom, ove di norma vanno a finire tutte le personalizzazioni che fai partendo dal plone base.
