I could suggest dropping plone.reload as it is often more cause of
errors than help. Also is there anything sauna.reload doesn't do, but
plone.reload does.
One could also argue plone.reload has been around a lot longer, so
perhaps it makes more sense to move the sauna.reload code into
plone.reload :)
