Sure there is - we can stick to tools that work on all platforms. plone.reload works. maybe sauna.reload works better (in some cases), but I'll take "good enough in all instances" over "best in some cases".

I agree that one package name is better than two.
Perhaps the code could be combined and offer both methods? At least until sauna works on windows too?

BTW, I generally don't debug on a staging instance but rather on a development machine which isn't windows even if I'm deploying to windows. but still, better to have tool that work for everyone.
