Hi Alan,

I have no objections to the removal of sys/msdev. I have not had
any need for it since the CMake build system became operational.
Its presence may in fact confuse new users.

sys/win-tk is indeed another matter. That will be useful when I (or 
somebody else) find the time to pick up proper Tk support for Windows.
