Alan,

The patch or patch application to Subversion seems to be incomplete.
cmake fails from a fresh source tree with this error:

-- Configuring done
CMake Error in src/CMakeLists.txt:
  Cannot find source file "plf2ops.c".  Tried extensions .c .C .c++ .cc .cpp
  .cxx .m .M .mm .h .hh .h++ .hm .hpp .hxx .in .txx

It looks like one of the files was not checked in to Subversion.
