That came back instantly, but the message I just sent to Phil and Jim
this morning and several such messages to Andrew, Phil, and Jim over
the last few days with a Cc to plplot-devel have not yet been
delivered or have just plain been dropped from plplot-devel
distribution.

There is a lot of funny business with e-mails these days, and you
never know whether some piece of software in the mail chain to SF or
SF itself is dropping CC's as part of the on-going so-called "war on
spam" (which as far as I can tell mostly just interferes with
legitimate e-mail without slowing down spam at all).

I am doing an additional test with this e-mail where I am sending it
to several principal addresses (including plplot-devel) to see if that
method (avoiding CC's but with multiple recipients) works instantly.
