This morning my ticket item was still unread, but the problem resolved itself (presumably due to something done at SF such as a reboot that was a response to a different issue). The feed is working again (this time with all Phil's and my recent changes jammed into the same mail message), and the GUI is working fine as well. Alan __________________________ Alan W.
