I'm just generating a test fix. I will send a patch round once it's done. If it works then I'll tidy it up. However you appear to have bumped up the minimum CMake version so I need to reinstall CMake - turns out the latest Windows version requires a manual uninstall first. I'm sure you're not deliberately making my life hard Alan ;-) :-D :-D
