That is a good message for people who already grok the PLT multi-language thing.

You know you guys took the 80% scenario that a single file contained a
single module and made it easier for those users some time ago. You
should take the 80% scenario for the language used, whatever it is,
and default to the behavior that if there is no #lang line.

Suppose it is 'scheme', maybe there is a good case for it, most
inexperienced people use
that one, and so do experienced once, and if you aren't using it then
you already grok the whole multi-language thing. You guys know the
most about user scenarios.
