Okay, I've updated the conduit install program and the Innosetup script.  I've tested it and it seems to work okay.  So I've uploaded the installer (I haven't included the source yet).  You can find it at:
http://bill.nalens.com/programs/Setup-PluckerConduit.exe

The install will put in the conduit.  Uninstall should remove the conduit & files installed.

Notes:
You need Plucker Desktop installed.

with Plucker Desktop 1.2.0.2 (the current release), you need to select the console window option for displaying results or the hotsync will hang.  You also need to select something other than "Never" in the autoupdate box.

Feel free to email me directly if there are problems.  It would also be helpful to paste in the relevant parts of the hotsync log if there are problems.
