I guess the reason are that the python command will call your installed
python22 and not the one that are included in plucker. Again call
plucker-build and it will take care to call the right python version.

If you wan't use another python and not the included 1.5.2 go to the
plucker.ini and modify the key python_program. But you need install
PIL for the other python installation also.

BTW: I'm only test the parser with 1.5.2 and it may not work with
another version.

plucker-build.exe will doing all this. Simply call it from every
directory you wan't.

No, the installer copy plucker-build.exe to the Windows directory, so
you could access it from every place.
