        I don't think JPluck is GPL'd, although I do see that the sf.net
project for JPluck has GPL as the selected license.

        With Sourceforge being a proprietary codebase itself, supporting
other proprietary projects, just because a project is on Sourceforge does
not guarantee that it is free, Free Software, or GPL.
Hmmm.... I put a GPL notice in the PlrkData source code (which I did put up on my site) but didn't put any licensing on an installer or the program itself. Do I need to?
