People seemed to be getting lost, so I would assess it as a bug. Whether they are motivated enough to put in the bug tracker I guess will be a partial test too. The likelihood of this increasing in noticeability may increase, since can now install directly to card as well as RAM on MSW (and OSX also, shortly).
