Is even this fixable? There seems to be some sort of complication at the OS level. To test the hierarchy of directories, I attempted to load 4 files with the same name (1 to RAM and 1 to each of the 3 directories that Plucker searches in VFS) but only 1 of the 3 files was allowed to be loaded to VFS.
