I also cannot get JPluck to install to either card. I have both CF
and SD (actually MMC) cards, one in each slot.

My sync.ini contains:

[ExpansionSlots]
ExpansionMgrVersion=200
NumberOfSlots=0

This is Palm Desktop 4.1, Hotsync Manager 4.1.0.

I find the Hotsync destination option "Transfer to memory card" is
greyed out in my conversion profile.

If I edit sync.ini and replace NumberOfSlots with 1 or 2, Hotsync sets
it to zero again.

If I manually move a jpluck pdb file from jpluck/ram to jpluck/card,
then run hotsync, with the JPluck Conduit Settings "Memory Card
Directory" option set to "/Palm/Programs/Plucker (recommended)", the
HotSync.log shows:

CommandLine: C:\Program Files\JPluck\jpluckc.exe -gui -logfile "C:\Program
Files\Palm\davids\jpluck\jpluck.log" -due -conduit -profile "davidsb"
"D:\Downloads\Palm\JPluck Documents\MyPluckerDocs.jxl"
Transferring PDB: C:\Program Files\Palm\davids\jpluck\card\The Onion.pdb.transferring
Copying to card: /Palm/Programs/Plucker/The Onion.pdb.transferring
VFSDirCreate return code 10800
VFSFileDelete return code 10800
VFSFilePut return code 10800
Finished transferring.
Deleting PDB: C:\Program Files\Palm\davids\jpluck\card\The Onion.pdb.transferring
Clearing directory C:\Program Files\Palm\davids\jpluck\ram
Clearing directory C:\Program Files\Palm\davids\jpluck\card

and there is no "The Onion.pdb" in /Palm/Programs/Plucker on either
card. Nor did it create the missing directory /Palm/Programs/Plucker
on either card.

BTW, if I manually move a plucker pdb file from RAM to
SD:/Palm/Programs/Plucker (after creating the directory), the plucker
viewer sees it fine (cool!). If I put it on the CF card, however,
plucker viewer cannot find it, even after running CleanPlkr. This is
with the 2003-02-22 hires viewer snapshot.

Hope that helps. It would indeed be cool if the JPluck conduit could
install to card. BTW, this was all using JPluck beta 3. Sorry if I
should have upgraded to beta 4 first...

Kind regards,
David
